18.07.2025 – Conference on the Renaturation of the Po River
At the Municipality of Adria (Ro), an interesting conference on the renaturation of the Po River was held, promoted by AIPO, and focused on interventions in the Veneto Region, while also involving Emilia Romagna, Lombardy, and Piedmont as partners in the Natconnect2030 project.

As part of the networking activities of the LIFE NatConnect2030 project, the meeting “Networking for Biodiversity: From Community Projects to Private Sector Engagement” was held on March 26, 2025.
06.11.2024 - Training day on December 6th

10.10.2024 - Training days from November 6th and 13th, 2024
On November 6th and 13th, the Veneto Region will organize two study days on conservation measures,
with the aim of providing a general knowledge and conceptual framework regarding Conservation Measures for the Natura 2000 Network.
The sessions will focus on the correct management and monitoring of prohibitions, obligations, and best practices,
including an in-depth analysis of a specific case study in the Colli Euganei area.
The first session will be held online on November 6th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The second session will take place in person on November 13th at the headquarters of the Colli Euganei Park from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The International Day for Biodiversity (IDB) is celebrated every year on 22 May. This universal observance commemorates the adoption of the text of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) on 22 May 1992 and provides a unique opportunity to foster wide support for the Convention, its Protocols and related action frameworks.
