Italy China Foundation

The Italy China Foundation was established in 2006 with the aim of promoting relations between Italy and China, particularly in the economic, commercial and cultural fields. The Veneto Region is a founding member.

In 2022 the Italy China Foundation merged with the Italian Chinese Chamber of Commerce (founded in 1970).

The current members are about 300 and they come from different sectors, including SMEs, multinational corporations and public bodies, including the Veneto Region.

The Fondation aims to promote and foster economic relations, cultural, health, scientific, and artistic initiatives; it carries out studies and research, as well as programmes and events aimed to improve the relations between Italy and China, promoting connections between universities and supporting Italian tourism.
