REGOLAMENTO D'USO DEL MARCHIO COLLETTIVO EUROPEO

Sono autorizzate ad utilizzare il Marchio, previa concessione del Titolare con le modalità precisate nel Regolamento d'uso, tutte le imprese collettive o individuali che:
- esercitano la loro attività nella zona geografica individuata all’art. 2 in quanto aventi ivi la loro sede legale;
- praticano la piccola pesca artigianale (definita ai sensi del Reg. CE n.508/2014), ossia la pesca con natanti di lunghezza inferiore ai 12 metri LFT, con stazza inferiore ai 15 GT, abilitate alla pesca entro le 12 mn dalla costa e non in possesso di licenza per attrezzi trainati come risultano dalla tab.3 dell’allegato al Reg (CE) 1799/2006;
- aderiscono al Regolamento d’uso ed al Disciplinare per la tutela del marchio collettivo europeo della piccola pesca artigianale dell’alto Adriatico, mediante loro formale sottoscrizione per espressa accettazione;

Il Titolare concede l’uso il Marchio, direttamente o per il tramite di soggetti o enti col primo convenzionati, previa verifica dei relativi requisiti, mediante il rilascio dell’autorizzazione all’uso dello stesso alle imprese che ne fanno domanda nel rispetto dei requisiti indicati nell’art. 7 del Regolamento d'uso.

REGULATION  OF USE OF THE EUROPEAN  COLLECTIVE TRADEMARK

All collective or individual enterprises are authorized to use the Trademark, subject to authorisation from the Owner in the manner specified in these Regulations, provided that:
- they carry out their business in the geographical area identified in art. 2, having their registered offices there;
- they practice small-scale artisanal fishing (as defined by Reg. CE n.508 / 2014), that is fishing with vessels of less than 12 metres LFT, with a tonnage of less than 15 GT that are authorized to fish within 12 nm of the coast which are not in possession of a license for towed equipment as shown in table 3 of the annex to Reg (EC) 1799/2006;
- they adhere to this Regulation of use as well as to the Standards for the protection of the collective trademark of origin of small-scale artisanal fishing of the upper Adriatic, which are available at the following link: https://www.regione.veneto.it/web/pesca/adriatic-small-scale-fisheries, mark, by means of their formal signature for express acceptance;

The Owner grants the use of the Trademark, directly or through subjects or entities established at the time of the first agreement, following verification of the related requirements, by issuing authorisation to use it to those companies applying for it in compliance with the requirements indicated in art. 7 of Regulations.
